Here’s some handy stuff you need to know to make it an even better time for you and everyone else.

This contains the information below, PLUS full terms & conditions etc

Please be advised we do not publish set times to allow flexibility with ferry crossings, however the first act goes on stage at 12noon and the final act at approximately 9:30pm. The final act will finish before 11pm.

Friday 11 August:

Gates open at 7pm.

The Friday Night Opening Party is a separate event to the main weekend – please ensure you have your Friday night ticket with you! Tickets can also be purchased on the gate at £15.

No re-admission is permitted for the Friday Night Opening Party.

Don’t forget – regardless of what ticket you have and for what day you can collect your wristbands from 7pm on Friday!

Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 August:

Gates open at 11am. The first acts will be on stage from approximately 12 midday on both the Saturday and Sunday.
We will avoid queuing where possible but please allow time to pass through our admissions area and for personal/bag searches.

No re-entry into the site after 5pm. Admission to the site after 5pm each afternoon is absolutely fine, for health and safety reasons we have been asked by the statutory authorities to restrict ‘re-admission’ (i.e. people coming and going) after 5pm to reduce vehicle movement with pedestrians making their way back and forth from the main arena to the Chill Out field.

The Chill Out field will close at 9pm.

The Kids Zone up on the bank in the main arena will close at 6pm.

Live music on the main stage will finish by 11pm every evening (including the Friday). Bars and food will remain open until close. The main arena will close at 1am on Friday and Saturday and midnight on Sunday.
Please leave when asked to do so to help us clear the site and minimise disruption to our neighbours.

Children’s tickets

No advance tickets are required for kids aged 12 or under – FREE wristbands will be issued upon their arrival at the gate. All under 12’s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder in order to qualify. Please write your contact number on your child’s wristband in case of an Emergency. Do not write their name on it.

Please note if a child aged 12 or under looks to be older their parents/guardian will be asked to provide an appropriate form of ID to ensure the child is not inadvertently charged for entry.

Weekend Upgrade ticket holders

Access to the indoor club house will be from Saturday morning through until Sunday evening. Upgrade tickets (now sold out) are in addition to your standard weekend ticket. You will require both tickets at the event. Food and drink is not included. We regret that due to restricted access (stairs) this option is not suitable for wheelchair users. Owing to alcohol licensing restrictions we can only allow access to over 18’s only.

There will be a late-night disco for Weekend Upgrade ticket holders in the club house through until 1am and 12 midnight on both the Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets on the gate

As long as capacity levels permit, a limited number of full price tickets will be available on the gate priced at £45 for a day and £60 for the weekend. As availability on the gate cannot be guaranteed we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Age restrictions

Anyone aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Restricted items

No glass can be brought onto site, in addition, gazebos, tented structures, windbreaks, barbecues, fires, cookers, lawn candles or naked flames are not permitted and will be confiscated prior to entry. No ball games or similar are permitted at the venue.

We are committed to making Jack Up The 80s as accessible as possible. Please see the FAQs section of our website for full details.

We’re looking forward to a great weekend of music, family fun and entertainment. It’s important to reassure everyone that safety is our number one priority at Jack Up The 80s.

Our security team will be carrying out searches so we’d ask everyone to please be patient and to stagger your arrival where possible. You can help us by minimising the baggage you are carrying and by checking our terms & conditions for a list of prohibited items and age restrictions so we can admit everyone as swiftly as possible.

Please be advised that all bags will be thoroughly searched. Random searches of people will also be carried out on the gate in response to recent national events. Please do not be offended.

You will be able to leave the main arena to go back and forth between there and the Chill Out area and be readmitted throughout the day as long as your wristband remains untampered with. Please note, you may be subject to a search at every readmission.

We continue to consult with all Policing and Safety Authorities and follow their advice. Please remain spatially aware at all times and report anything suspicious to Security, no matter how insignificant it may seem.

We thank you all for your help and co-operation to make sure that everyone at Jack Up The 80s has a great weekend and of course feels safe.
